MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF EAGAN CITY COUNCIL
EAGAN, MINNESOTA
APRIL 22, 1976
A special meeting of the Eagan City Council was held on April 22, 1976
at the City Hall. All members were present. Also present was Loren Law
and Clerk Alyce Bolke.
Mr. Law briefed the Council on the top candidates for City Administrator.
He suggested Saturday May 8, be set aside to interview four or five of
the candidates on a one to one basis with each councilman evaluating each
candidate at separate interviews. The interviews will begin at 8:30 a.m.
in the Eagan City Hall offices.
Upon motion of Councilman Wachter seconded by Councilman Rydrych it
was RESOLVED that a Special Meeting be set for May 12, 1976 at 6:00 p.m.
to interview the top one or two candidates. All members voted aye.
Luther Stalland of Beure' Co. requested that according to his agreement
with the city that his park dedication for Hillandale second phase be
assessed with interest. Upon motion of Councilman Rydrych seconded by
Councilman Wachter it was RESOLVED that the park dedication of Hillandale
second phase be assessed over a five year period. All members voted aye
except Councilman Rahn who abstained.
Upon motion of Mayor Polzin seconded by Councilman Rahn it was
RESOLVED that the Special Meeting which had previously been set for 7:00 p.m.
at the Eagan Fire Hall will convene at City Hall at 6:30 to set the date
for acceptance of bids for the Refunding Bond issue. Upon motion the
meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
