appropriate officers of the town be authorized to enter into
the usual A.I.A. fol'Dl of agreement with the pxoflao that the
architects are hired on an hourly basie to do the work ~ the
total fees are not to exceed 6 per cent of the total cost of
construct,~n nor in any event m>re than $1.000.
Mr. ~nald !(nIght appeared on behalf of the Valley View
Water Coupany with a request for pexmission to extend Its system
to an outlying conttguous lot to the platted area of Valley
View Plateau so as to senice one addl tional resident. Chairman
Rahn referred the matter to the Town Engineer for approval as
to plans and specifications after which applicant was directed
to resubmit the matter to the Town Board for final approval.
The Town Attorney presented a status report on pending
Incorporation proceedinsa and advised the Board that its petition
for Incorporatl on had been denied on August 23rd, 1963, but that
the formal order had as yet not been issued.

with respect to screening outside storase 1II1chinery was discussed.'
Chairman Ralm directed the Town Attorney to W'lte to LeHus

Mrs. Hattie Leserstedt. 'tOWMhtp Dos Catcher, appeared With
a request for an increase In ealary to $100 per month which the
Board decUned to accept. Hzos. Leaeratedt asreed to continue
as town do8 catcher on the present basis during th e tlDnth of
September, 1963.
