Chairman Rahn referred the matter to the Town Engineer for approval as to plans and specifications after which applicant was directed to resubmit the matter to the Town Board for final approval. The Town Attorney presented a status report on pending Incorporation proceedinsa and advised the Board that its petition for Incorporatl on had been denied on August 23rd, 1963, but that the formal order had as yet not been issued. 'Ihe matter of the CC>q)laint aplnat the LeHass Corporation with respect to screening outside storase 1II1chinery was discussed.' Chairman Ralm directed the Town Attorney to W'lte to LeHus Corporation about ~i.. Mrs. Hattie Leserstedt.
