NOVEMBER 5'tH A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Towr~ship was held on November 'th, 1963 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Town Hall. Chairman Rshn presided. The minutes of the previous meeting waa unanimous ly approved as read. The following applications for building permits were presented: Thomas Mohr, residence, 76 x 24 feet in the Ne: .,:.f the sd- of Section 36. Wesley Schmidt, residence, 26 x 40 feet near Lexington Avenue and Highway No. 30, estimated cost $19,000. Gopher Smeltina eoq,any, cement floor in their building ~n Highway No. 49, estimated cost $01,000. L Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that the foregoing building applications, be and they hereby are granted and the Clerk be instructed to issue the permits forthwith. Mr. Harold Helminiak appeared on behalf of his application for building permit for a new two story comnercial and apartment building 76 x 66 to be located on Beau de Rue Road, northeast of Cedar Avenue, in part of Section 19-27-23. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that the application be, and the same hereby is, approved 8ubject to final approval by the Town Engineer! and Advisory Planning Committee of sanitary sewage, water, parking, gradilllg, and drainage and final plans and specifications. L The Board noted the submission of a sketch of the proposed lands cap ing on the LaHass Corporation premises, which sketch was prepared by Palmer Landscaping and Garden Center.
