MINUTES OP REGULAR MDT ING OP BOAID OF' SUPlRVISORB
IAGAR 'lODSHIP - BOVEMBIR 19. 1963
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township, was held on
November 19, 1963 at 8100 p.m. at the Town Hall at which all members were present.
Chairman Rahn presided. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved
as read.
The following Building Permits were issued.
Oedar Grove Oonstruction Company - 11 homes at '15,000 each; total
$165,000, houses situated as follows: One in OIdar Grove #2, eight
in OedarGrove ", and two in Oedar Grove 14.
The application of Texaco Inc. for a building permit to construct a Texaco
filling station on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Cedar Avenue and
Highway 11' was tabled until the December 'rd meeting for lack of appearance.
The application ot. Thomas Mehr fer a building permit to construct a
garage-warehouse and for the re-zoning of part of the Nit of the Sl~, Section
'6-27-2', from A, Agricultural to 0-2, Heavy Commercial was tabled until the
December 'rd meeting for lack of appearance.
The Town Attorney presented a proposed resolution for the dissolution
of the Oedar Grove Special Fire Protection District. Upon motion duly made
by Supervisor Klein and seconded by Supervisor Schwanz, it was RESOLVED that
the resolution as presented be, and the same hereby is, duly adopted.
A request by Twin View Manor for snow.plowing of its new street during the
coming winter was presented. Upon motion duly made by Ohairman Rahn and
seconded by Supervisor Klein, it was RlSOLVED that the snow plowing would be
extended to include the new street in Twin View Manor.
Chairman Rahn reported that People's Natural Gas Oompany had agreed to
loan the township a new stove for the winter for the Town Hall.

Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Klein and seconded by Supervisor Schwanz,
it was ,RBSOLVED to authorize the Minnesota Historical Society to micro-film
all town records.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that all bills be
approved and paid as presented.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
