HINUTES OF A. REGULAR NEETING OF
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, EAGAN TOWNSHIP
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors was held at the
Town Hall on April 5th, 1960 at 8 o'clock p.m. at which all members
were present.
Several residents from McKee Addition appeared complaining about
frost heave on Kenneth and Beatrice Streets and drainage problems on
McKee and Keith Streets in McKee's Addition. Upon motion duly made by
Chairman Rahn and seconded by Supervisor Schwanz, it was ~SOLVgD that
the To,~ Engineer be authorized to examine the situation and report back
to the Board at its meeting on April 19th, 1960.
The Board of Supervisors requested the Town Attorney to submit the
action taken by the Advisory Planning Committee to the members of the
Board prior to their meeting next following the meeting at which such
action is taken by the Advisory Planning Committee.
Upon motion duly made by Chairman Rahn and seconded by Supervisor
Schwanz, it was RESOLVED that the application for retailer's non-in-
toxicating malt liquor license of Helen D. McCann be, and hereby is,
rejected and disapproved for lack of the official approval of the
Dakota County Sheriff and application information, and the Town Attorney
was directed to return said application with instructions to Helen
McCann.
Upon motion duly made by Chairman Rahn and seconded by Supervisor
Trapp, it was RESOLVED that, upon the recommendation of the Advisory
Planning Committee, the official zoning map be corrected to conform with

the original intention of the ~dvisory Planning Committee and the Board
of Supervisors with respect to certain property owned by R. D. Beaudette
consisting of approximately &~ acres and Fostin Beaudette consisting of
approximately l~ acres and situated on old Highway No.13 Northeast of
Cedar Avenue to show that same is zoned C-2, Heavy Commercial.
Upon motion duly made by Chairman Hahn and seconded by Supervisor
Schwanz, it was RESOLVED that the election of officers by the Advisory
Planning Committee on March 18th, 1960 be, and hereby is, confirmed.
Upon motion duly made by Chairman Hahn and seconded by Supervisor
Trapp, it was RESOLVED that, upon recommendation of the Advisory Planning
Committee, Section 2.05, Subdivision 1, paragraph 1, of Ordinance No.VI
shall be construed to mean that any lot so classified therein shall have
a minimum frontage of 170 feet and a minimum depth of 115 feet and con-
tain a minimum of 20,000 square feet, until such time as said provision
shall be appropriately amended.
Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Schwanz and seconded by
Supervisor Trapp, it was RESOLVED that that certain road now known as
Eagan Road shall be, and hereby is, officially designated "Blackhawk
Road."
