MINUTES OF h REGULAR MEZTING
OF THE BOARD OF i;iUPERVISORS OF
EhGM~ TOWNSHIP ON APRIL 19TH
1960
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township
was held at the Town Hall on April 19th, 1960 at 8 o'clock p.m. at
which all members were present except Chairman Rahn.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was REciOLVED that Inter-

state Motor Freight's plans and layout for a truck terminal and office
building were finally approved and a special use permit granted
according to separate resolution of even date herewith.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was REciOLVED that plat
submitted by Henry Broback be preliminarily and provisionally approved
according to separate resolution of even date herewith.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it \'ias RE.sOLVED that Multi-
Clean Products' plans and layout be preliminarily approved and a
special use permit be granted subject to final approval according to
separate resolution of even date herewith.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that a
building permit be issued to Harold Adelmann according to separate
resolution of even date herewith.
The Board directed the Town Attorney to advise Mr. John Moeller
in writing against the construction of a black top plant or operation
of a gravel pit in the vicinity of Highway 19 South of Yankee Doodle
Road without first proceeding under Ordinance No.VI.
