MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF SUP~RVISORS. EAGAN TOWNSHIP
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors was held on August
16th, 1960 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall at which all members were
present.
Chairman Rahn called the meeting to order.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Minutes were approved as
read.
Applications for building permits were submitted and approved.
Upon motion duly made, Mr. Donald Rasmussen appeared for approval
of his plat called "Rasmussen Addition", which previously had been
approved by the Advisory Planning Committee and the Town Board subject
to submission of the Hardshell plat. Upon motion duly made by Chairman
Hahn and seconded by Supervisor Trapp, it was RESOLVED that the plat
covering "Rasmussen Addition" be, and hereby is, approved, subject to
approval of the actual road therein prior to accepting same under
dedication.
Applica1!ion for approval of "Harvey Addition" by Harvey Kirchener
was presented. Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Trapp and seconded
by Supervisor SChwanz, it was RESOLVED that said plat be, and hereby is
finally approved, subject to approval of the actual road therein upon
dedication as to its construction.
