MINUTES OF SPZCIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, EAGAN TONNSHIP

A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township
was held on May 24!IJ, 1962 at the Burnsville School at 8:00 0' clock

Chairman Rahn presided.
The purpose of the meeting was to accept a bid for the Valley
View Plateau street improvement project from the list of bids submitted
to and opened by the Board of Supervisors at a special meeting held
on May 21st, 1962 at the Town Hall. The Board considered the informa-
tion prepared by the Town Engineer on a tabulation of bids, a copy of
which is attached herewith, outlining the bid specifications of each
of the six bidders. Upon motion duly made by Chairman Rahn and sec-
onded by Supervisor Schwanz, it was RESOLVED that the bid submitted by
Riegger Roadways, Inc., in the amount of $25,637.50 for street improve-
ments in the Valley View Plateau Addition of Eagan Township be, and
hereby is, accepted.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
