A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township was
held on July l~, 1962 at 8:00 0' clock P.M. at the Town Hall at which all
members were present.
Chairman Rahn presided. The minutes of the last meeting were approv-
ed as read.
The following applications for building permits were presented and
approved:

753 Randolph Street Residence 26' x 60'
Burrview Acres
Richard A. Snyder 2890 Pilot Knob Road Addition to Residence $2,200.00
$15,000.00
Mr. George Welch of the Minnesota State Highway Department appeared
concerning the re-routing of an access road to Highway No. 13 directly
across Highway No. 13 from Blackhawk Road. Mr. Weloh explained that it is
the policy of .be Highway Department to provide straight line access roads
joining on each side of the state highway. Several property owners includ-
ing Mr. Hasselman, Mr. Kaysen and Mr. Adelmann appeared for the purpose of
discussing and suggesting available alternatives. After considerable dis-
cussion, the Board of Supervisors tabled the item for further study by the
Town Engineer and the Minnesota Highway Department.
The application for approval of the final plat of Ridgeview Acres
was stricken for lack of appearance.
The ap~roval of the agreement between Northwestern Bell Telephone
Company and Eagan Township for laying of underground telepone cable OD Rahn
Road was also stricken.
Several residents of Valley View Plateau appeared and inquired con-
cerning the reason for delay in construction of the Valley View Street
Improvement Project. The Town Engineer explained that adverse weather
conditions have caused the delay in improvements and construction.
Several neighbors of Mrs. Betty Trestman of 2971 Pilot Knob Road
appeared on their own behalf complaining of alleged violations of Ordinance
N,,~ V. The Board of Supervisors tabled the issue for further study by the
TO''/11 Attorney.
Upon motion, all bills were ordered paid.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
