.REGULAR MEErING OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, EAGAN TOWNSHIP, AUGUST 7'bt 1962
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township was
held on August ~~, 1962 at 8:00 0' clock P.M. at the Town Hall at which
all members were present.
Supervisor Schwanz presided until Chairman Rahn arrived. The min-
utes of the preceding meeting were approved as read.
The following application for building permit was presented and
approved: Mrs. Ann Gooslaw, Route #1, St. Paul 11, - Residence (Capp
Home) 25' x 36' - $12,000.
Chairman Rahn read a letter signed by five residents in the 4100
block on Rahn Road in the Cedar Grove area requesting that the Board take
action to provide that the portion of Rahn Road bordering on their pro-
perty be blacktopped. Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Trapp and sec-
onded by Chairman Rahn, it was RESOLVED that the town attorney be, and
he hereby is, directed to contact Mr. Jandric advising him of this request
and also that a letter be sent to Mr. Richard Weisser, 4157 Rahn Road,
one of the requesting parties, suggesting that he contact both the FHA and
Mr. Jandric in order to work out an amicable solution to the problem.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that the follow-
ing persons be, and they hereby are, selected to serve as voting judges
in the precincts designated in the primary and general elections on Sep-
tember ll~, 1962 and November ~, 1962 respectively:

The Board of Supervisors requested that the town attorney prepare
easement deeds whereby three landowners along Westcott Road, namely
Herbert Motz, Paul Schmidt and Wesley Keyes, may grant to tbe Township
of Eagan, easements of one rod on each side of Westcott Road for purposes
of road widening and improvement.
Upon motion, all bills were ordered paid.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
