MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF OOARD OF 3UP~RVISORS
EAGAN TOWNSHIP, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
March 2, 1965
A regular meeting of the Board of supervisors, Eagan Township,
Dakota,County, Minnesota was held at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Town
Hall at which all members were present.
Chairman Rahn presided. The reading of the minutes of the pre-
vious meeting were dispensed with. There were no building permits.
Mr. James Horn, 3850 Coronation Ro~d appeared requesting
approval of his well in Kingswood Addition. Mr. Rosene said that
there is nothing wrong with the well but that he didn't see the
necessity of approving the well separate from the distribution
system. It was ordered that the matter be placed on the April 6th
Board agenda.

Mr. Rosene discussed the sewer study and proposed &~
Highway 35E.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
