09/21/1965 - City Council Regular MINUTES OF A REGUlAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS EAGAN TOWNSHIP. DAE..oTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA September 21, 1965 A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Easan Township, Dakota County, Minnesota, was held at tne Town Hall at 8:00 p. m. on September 21, 1965, at which all members were present. Chairman Hahn presided. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. The following building permit application was presented to the Board: Reina Ojale, 4326 Amber tane, attached garage, 22' by 24', $2,750. Upon I1k)tion duly made and seconded it was RESOLVED that said building permit application be, and It hereby Is, granted with a three (3) foot side lot line variance as requested. The application of K. H~ t-'lcKet:', 1.-.co, 2111 Highway #55 for con- struction of a warehouse bUilding and re-zoning from ~Asrlcultural to 1-1 Light Industrial in Section 23-27-23 was considered. It was noted that the Ac!vtsory Planning Coumittee recOtmit:lnded approval of the app lication. Upon motion by Supervisor Klein and seconded by Supervisor Schwanz, it was RESOLVED that sl'.:\d oppUcatlon for bulldlns permit and re-zonlng be, and it hereby Is, granted and approved. Mr. Norman E. Vogelpohl, 2616 - 40th Avenue South, Minneapolis presented hi8 application for approval of a preliminary plat for River Bluff, 1st Addition, for construction of an apartment conplex in Section 18. It was noted that the Advisory Planning CotmIittee recommended approval of the preliminary plat. After discussion and upon motion by Schwanz and seconded by Klein, it waa RESOLVED that said application for approval of preliminary plat be, and it hereby is, approved. ~. - 1 -. Chairman Rahn stated that he bad reoeived a request from Hr. Robert Rolfe that the street 1n Wuthering H~ights AdditIon be 8X'''Y.1elcd and maintained by the Township. Upon motion duly made and sac~nd~d it was RESOLVED that the Town be and it hereby is on record accapting said street for maintenance and gr.4veling purvoses provided that all property owners lying aclja.~~nt to it grant easements to the Town prOViding a 60' right-of-INClj C'n ~.lid strep.t. Mr. Kenneth DuBois, Mr. Ed DuBois and Mr. Fritz Pittner appeared concerning alleged violations on the Thomas Mohr property. The Board explained that it had granted Hr. Mohr thirty days to request applicable permits or to get his premises in ord~r. Upon motion all bUls submitted ~vere paid. Upon motion the meeting was adjourned.
