MINUTES OF A REGU1..AR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SlJPE~VISORS
EAGAN TOHNSHIP, DAI<OTA COUNTY. MINNESOtA
October 5, 1965
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan TownshiP.
Dakota County, MinnesoC8. was held at the Town Hall at 8:00 p. m.
on October 5, 1965, at which Chairman Rahn and Supervisor Schwanz
were present. Supervisor Klein was attending a Minneapolis meeting
as a representative of Eagan Township.
Mr. ~. M. Christensen, 1370 Rocky Lane appeared requesting a
building permit for remodeling the garage ort his property. Upon
motion duly made and seconded it was RBSOLVED that said building
permit be, and it hereby is, granted.
The consideration of the proposed Pemtom-Burnsville-t4aan sewer
and water agreement was strJCKf".'\.
Mr. Martin DesLauriers, town policeman, appeared concernirtg the
alleged ordinance violationS on the Tom Mohr property. Mr. Deslauriers
state~ that he had inspected the property on Saturday, October 2 and
the board further instructed him to 1napect the premises after the
thirty day notice period expires on October 7. 1965.
The Town Engineer reported concerning the tabulation of bids
covering Rahn Road improvements. Upon motion by Supervisor Schwanz
and seconded by Chaiman Rshn 1 t was RESOLVED that the bid of M. E. Kraft
and Company, Inc.. Minneapolis, Minnesota in the sum of $18,q37 be, and
it hereby ts, accepted.
The Town Engineer was instructed to inspect Delores Lane and kic
Boulevard 1n twin View Manor Addition for possible acceptance as T~An
streets, and he was further requested to report to the Soard .t its

Upon motion duly made by Chairman Rahn and ss;,conded by Supervisor
Schwanz it was RESOLVED that the appropriate Town officers be, and the~
hereby are, authorized to enter into an agreement with Swensen Spreader
and Mfg. Company, Lindenwood, Illinois, for purchase of a sravel spreader
in the sum of $429.00 plus freight charges.
Upon motion all bills were paid.
