Upc!'! mo~i.on by Chairman Rahn, seconded by Supervisor Sch~allz it wus RESOLVED that the Board be, and it hereby is~ on r.ecord acknowledging receipt of said petitic~ signed by approximately 500 property owners i.'i.l Cedar Grove end further that the petition be referred to the town attor.ney to study the matter togetll~~ with the town engineer and fiscal consultant and prepare recommendations for sub~ission to the Town Board at a later date. Supervisor Klein read a news release relative to the joint sewer study prepared by Black and Veatch of Kansas City for Bloomington-Eagan-Burnsville. The town attorney presented an agre~~ent between Eagan Township and Spector Freight System, Inc., relative to drainage on the Spector Freight property onHighway #49, for signature by t~e town officials. Upon motion by Chairman Rahn, seconded by Supervisor Klei~it was RESOLVED that a special use permit be, and it hereby is, granted to Spector Freight System, Inc., subject to submission of proper fees for the special use permit and, in addition, a marked-up site layout plan showing the cross-section of the proposed drainage area. Upon motion by Supervisor Schwanz, seconded by Supervisor Klein it was RESOLVPJ) that the sum of $320.00 be, and it hereby is, ordered to be paid to Kellor Constru~t1on Company covering a change order fnr a portion of the cost of pumping sewage in Cedar Grove flS prior to the start of the lift station. The tOl."tl engineer presented plans for the West Trunk Sanitary Sewer Part A and the Temporary Treatment Pl.'1vt No. 1. Upon motion by Chairman Rahn, seconded by Supervisor Klein, it was RESOLVED that said plans be - 2 - accepted and that.an advertisement for bids for each of the above projects be published in the legal newspaper requesting that bids be submitted by November 29, 1966, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time said bids will be opened. The Board also discussed the need to acquire easements over property where sewer trunks are intended to run and also discussed the question whether payment for easements should be made. The Chairman submitted the Certificate of County Board of Classification of Forfeited Landtsubmdtted by the Dakota County Board covering certain property in Government Lot 1, Section 9-27-23. The Board instructed the town attorney to return the Certificate to the County Board because the property could not be identified. Upon motion by Supervisor Schwanz, seconded by Chairman Rahn, it was RESOLVED that the sum of not to exceed $150.00 be paid to repair the front footings of the old town hall. Upon motion by Chairman Rahn. seconded by Supervisor Schwanz it was RESOLVED that the sum of $128.30 be, and it hereby is, authorized to be paid as a matching amount for the PER A contribution for the town clerk to cover the period from April 1, 1965 through March 31, 1966.
