09/09/1970 - City Council SpecialMINUTES OF A JOINT SFECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, ADVISORY PLANNING COMMITTEE AND PARK BOARD TOU]N OF EAGAN, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA September 9, 1970 A special joint meeting of the Advisory Planning Committee, Board of Supervisors and Park Board, of Eagan Township, Dakota County, Minnesota was held at the Town Hall on September 9, 1970 at which the following individuals were present in their official positions as indicated: Thomas Diffley, APC Herbert Polzin, APC Jon Abbott, Dayton Development Corp. & Ord. Comm Paul Uselmann, Board of Supervisors C. S. Hall, Park Committee J. L. Harrison, Park Committee R. L. Sperling, APC Ted Wachter, APC William Rydrych, APC & Ord. Comm Jack Rici¢~ Dayton Development Corp. ~ Ord. Comm. Edward E. Parranto, Ordinance Committee John J. Klein, Board of Supervisors ~ Ord. Comm Luther Stalland, Town Attorney & Ord. Comm Chairman John Klein presided. The Chairman and the Town Attorney outlined to the joint meeting the proposed changes to Zoning Ordinance No. 6 which had been prepared by the Ordinance Committee which it was now recommending to the joint meeting far approval and recommendation by the Advisory Planning Committee to the Board of Supervisors. Upon motion duly made by Chairman Herbert Polzin of the Advisory Planning Committee and seconded by Member Roger Sperling, it was RESOLVED that the R-6, Multiple Residential ordinance provisions along with the proposed planned development provisions be, and they hereby are, duly approved and adopted by the Advisory Planning Committee subject to final -1- approval and passage by the Board of Supervisors with the single change of the insertion of the word "areas" in place of the word "spaces" in the second to last sentence of paragraph F of Proposed Changes to Ordinance No. b; and FURTHER RESOLVED that same be recommended to the Board of Supervisors for adoption. Chairman Klein indicated that the Board of Supervisors would reserve formal action on the recommendation of the Advisory Planning Committee until its September 29, 1970 regular Board of Supervisors meeting. There being no further business of the joint meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Advisory Planning Committee and Park Board, upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
