Dear Sir:
Enclosed herewith find copy of the Brief which I
have submitted to Judge Schultz in connection with
the case of Post v. Township of Egan.
Mr. Curtis has not yet filed his Answering Brief.
I feel that we should have a good chance of having
the verdict of the jury reversed. When the Judge
makes his decision on this motion, I will immediately
notify you and the Town Board can then meet with me
and we will go over the situation.
Please return this copy of the Brief after the Town
Board has looked it over as it is my office copy.
