The ground layer within the boundary shows no signs of disturbance. The house has been staked and rough grading has not yet taken place. Protective tree fence will be installed around significant trees that are to be preserved prior to any grading or construction activity. It is not anticipated that future grading activity will adversely affect those significant trees to be saved. The tree protective fence shall be installed at a radius from the tree's trunk of one foot for every one caliper inch the tree possesses(i.e. 20" caliper = 20' radius).
