Specifically, I was interested in where the concrete slab was placed in relation to the side property line as well as how the existing drainage patterns were affected by the improvement. The rear corner of the concrete slab appears to be on or very near the side property line. Going towards the street the edge of the slab angles away from the lot line. Concrete slabs are permissible up to the property line with the City of Eagan. As long as it does MUNICIPAL CENTER not have a footing and no structure is placed on top of it. Please note, there is a 5 foot drainage and utility easement running along your side lot line. If for any reason the City 3830 Pilot Knob Road { or a utility needs to access this easement they have a right to do so.
