At your door, I spoke with a young woman, I didn't catch her name, but I explained the situation warranted a City "Working in the R-O-W Permit". She told me they were having a difficult time mowing the grass in the disturbed area and had hoped to alter the slope. Once again I explained that the area in question was mostly on City MUNICIPAL CENTER property (R-O-W), thus requiring a permit.
