It is also required that a copy of the grading plan, stamped reviewed by the City of Eagan, must be kept on the job site at all times that the work is being performed. As the applicant, this permit is being issued to you personally and it is your responsibility to insure that all employees or subcontractors performing this work are made aware of and comply with the conditions of this or other regulatory agency permits and applicable City Codes and Ordinances. Any citations issued in violation of this permit would be issued to the offending party and/or applicant as may be necessary by the City of Eagan to insure compliance. If you have any questions pertaining to conditions of this approved permit or the appropriate City Ordinances, it is your responsibility to get those questions or concerns clarified and resolved before beginning your operation or continuing any portion in question. In addition, it is your responsibility to give a two working day notice to the Engineering Division to allow them to perform the following minimum inspections: 1) Completion of the installation of temporary erosion control measures (before grading/excavation/filling begins). 2) Completion of the grading prior to placement of any topsoil and/or permanent vegetation restoration. 3) Final completion of the operation necessary for the City to release the financial guarantee. 4) Location of any existing sewer, water or other City utilities. * IMPORTANT! It is your responsibility to call Gopher One Call for location and any other affected party needing notification prior to construction. Eagan, MN 54957 Re: Enterprise Rent-A-Car Dear Tom: During our discussion a couple of weeks ago, I brought up the interest that Enterprise Rent-A-Car has in building a regional corporate office on Lot 3 Spectrum Business Park in Eagan. The final draft of documents between Enterprise and my client, Spectrum Commercial Properties, LLC are now negotiated and ready to be signed.. During these discussions, Enterprise described a part of their office operation that necessitates a State of Minnesota Automobile Dealers License. Enterprise from time to time remarkets a portion of their inventory. They would do no retail rentals or sales from their proposed new office. They will operate the office like any other corporate office in Eagan. Within that office, someone will be in charge of replacing inventory (rental automobiles) with new models. This will be done over the telephone, at a wholesale level, between other dealers. This in no way will involve the general public or auctions at the site. It is simply the arranging and consummation of a sale (usually in bulk - a number of sales). To obtain this State of Minnesota License, the State requires the local municipalities "sign off' on the zoning appropriateness of the use. Since we feel that this is not a "land use" issue since what they are doing in this office is not different than any other business office where things are bought and sold, we feel that the City could "sign off' on this license. In order to facilitate our final agreement with Enterprise, we would like an indication from you that the City of Eagan agrees with us. Signing the attached forms would accomplish this purpose. This act of "moving units" occurs only internal to the office building.
