submitting to our Finance Department for approval by the Council.

I an writing to request a refund of $2887.00 for a building
permit we took out in June, 1988, on Lot 2, Block 4, Bridle
Ridge.
At the time our customers cancelled their purchase agreement
with us. Several of our employees called the city, requesting
a refund on this permit. Todd h7onson, our operations manager,
spoke to Steve Hansen at the city and was told that if some-
one else pulled a permit on that lot, we would be reimbursed
the total amount of the permit at that time, provided, the

Derek,
This note is regarding the cedar railing we installed at 673 Bridle Ridge Cir.
The homeowner wants to leave the railing the way that we installed it. The
posts that are notched are notched in the direction that will not have pressure
applied that would cause damage to the railing. We attached the railing to
the stone column using screws that were predrilled through the stone directly
into the wood frame.
We would like to get this resolved and permit closed. The railing is very
sturdy and we don't foresee any issues with it.
