I understand your position and hope that the information provided was helpful in considering the possibility of reaching a settlement to the current litigation. As you recall, we discussed the possibility of deferring 50% of the assessment for up to j 20 years with 6% simple interest added at the end of each year (i.e., the interest would Municipal Center remain constant). However, if the property were to be sold to Dakota County for inclusion into their Lebanon Hills Regional Park system at any time during this 20-year 3830 Pilot Knob Road deferment, the deferred assessment (including any accrued interest) would be cancelled.
