Councilman Parranto was not aware that 52.07 Subdivision 5, Table
A allowed garages to be 5 feet from side property lines. The above
dwellings garage side is 6.5 feet from the property line and therefore
meets the miniTmmi side yard setback.
There seemed to be a misunderstanding on whether or not the garage has
to be unattached or not and in my opinion ordinance 52 does not
differenciate between detached or-attached. Therefore there could
possibly be as little as 10 feet between homes with attached garages.
