Building permits
Enclosed are the plans for a garage expansion at 1046 Beatrice Street. The completed
project will include:
1) removing cunent singie car garage and stab
2} pouring a new 4" ta 6" slab where the current slab is and for the floor si2e.
The new garage wi]( be set 22 feet from the back of the house, 5 feet from the side
property line and 20 feet from the back property line.

3} Constructing a new -",km' x 26' garage with an 18' wide garage door
offset 3 feet from the left side and 5 feet from the right side.
Garage construetion materials wilt be from Menard's. We will use 2x4's
for S' high walls, 6/ 12 spread web trusses and 4 x 8 cement baard grooved
to look like panel siding.
Total height should be 14 feet plus the alab depth and wilt be a.imost 18"
shorter than the height of the house
I will procure the equipment and dumpster for demolition after discannecting the
electrical. The siab and eleetrical extension will be eontracted out. In addition I
will hire construction help to assure a prampt finish ta the project.
