I am totally puzzled as to the whereabouts of data we sent you on
October 5. In any event we are enclosing another set of data for
your information.
i have also attempted to answer the questions that you asked about
Lot 1, Block 18, Bridle Ridge Addition. The following is a
response to each of your questions.
1. Keyland Homes--According to our Building Inspections
Division and an Engineering Technician, the City has
experienced an excellent working relationship with
Keyland Homes as a building contractor in our community.
2. Special Assessments--According to our Enqineering
Division, all special assessments will be the responsi-
bility of the developer which is the Sienna Corporation.
3. Zoning--I have enclosed a copy of a recent zoning map
and outlined the general area of Bridle Ridge Addition.
Plat Map--Enclosed is a copy of the Bridle Ridge First
Addition plat map. I have marked your lot with a red X.
According to our Engineering Division, Outlot A is
parkland but will also provide a storm water holding
pond identified as JP-21. The HWL (High Water Level) is
840.0, the NWL (NOrmal Water Level) is 815.30, the house
pad is 862 and the rear property line is 836.0. Also
Outlot C will have two (2) storm sewer lines, one being
a force main.
