Dear Mr. Averill,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm the award of the construction contract for
the pazk pavilion and well house in Eagan Central Park to your firm. In official
action by the City Council on February 5'", the Council awarded the base bid of
$454,400 and added alternate number two in the amount of $1,210. By copy of
this (etter to the project architect, a contract will be prepared for your signature.
Although you will receive the contract shortly, you should begin assembling the
insurance and bond documents now so that they can accompany the signed
contract.
The City's Building Inspection Division has been given a set of construction plans
for review, however, you will be required to submit a building application, which
you can do at your earliest opportunity. After the plans are reviewed for
compliance, a building permit will be issued to you.

project.
