Dear Mr. Schwartzwald:
As you requested, I have stopped by 1575 Ashbury Court to look at
the drainage problem in the back yard. As you stated, the
grading does not adequately divert the runoff away from the home
allowing protection from rains or snow melt. However, the
problem could be corrected upon the finish grading of the yard
since there seems to be enough elevation difference from east to
west which is the proposed direction of flow for this area.
