As per your request I have reviewed your plans for the aforementioned project, specifically the garage wall and the bonus room walls.
The following is required:
• Garage walls: Because of the geometry of the floor plan and the fact that the garages are connected to the main portion of the
house, no change to the plan is required and no special nailing or sbeaUting is required.
• Bonus room walls: On the rear wall only sheath the wall with 15/32" OSB or plywood and nail to all studs with 8d nails or
better at 6" o.c.
