NOW THEREFORE, By order of the City Council of the City of Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota, and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, a Conditional Use Permit is authorized as follows: 1. Permitting a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the 25% maximum impervious surface allowed for shoreland overlay of Carlson Lake to allow a 4 season porch on a single family home. 2.
