The setback variance for 3966 Arlene Court was approved at the September 2, 2003 City
Council meeting. A similar problem exists at 690 Rosa Court and I understand this
variance is on the Council agenda for September 16th.
This letter is to Clarify that a Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until a variance is
approved or the struchue is brought into compliance with City ordinances. It is our
understanding that the house is a model and that a closing is not imminent for this
structure.
