SFA Design Group has reviewed all available field data, and we can confirm that Innovative Basement Authority installed all products and materials per the intent of the design generated by this office. Based on this information, the installation of (2) Helical Piers with new construction bracket (NCB), Simpson products and fasteners are approved, and any installation deviations are approved with no outstanding non-compliance items.
