Re: 4157 Cashell Glen
The garage foundation north wall heaved due to
frost, I believe, and settled down. The footings were
poured and not backfilled during a cold week in
February.
We had soil borings before footings and in May we
dug up the footings and tested again. Both testings
were fine (to be mailed to City within 2 weeks).
We poured core fills and rebar floors and tied into
the foundation.
If there is a problem, Julik & Associates will
