The footings were poured and not backfilled during a cold week in February. We had soil borings before footings and in May we dug up the footings and tested again. Both testings were fine (to be mailed to City within 2 weeks). We poured core fills and rebar floors and tied into the foundation. If there is a problem, Julik & Associates will rer.:edy the problem.
