This office represents Stephen Dickman and Eileen Dietrich, owners of a single family home at 646
Lexie Court, Eagan, MN. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, the Government Data Practices Act, I am
requesting access to any and all files, documents or information in the City's possession relating to
or arising out of the design and construction of the Dickman/Dietrich home located at 646 Lexie
Court request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Applications for any and all building permits and the permits themselves.
2. All plans, drawings or other documents submitted to the City in connection with the
construction of the home plus any comments or orders issued by the City,
3. All inspection records and notes.
4. All correspondence, notes, memos or other documents in the City's files relating to this
home.
If all items can be copied and sent to my attention for under $200.00 please have them copied and
mailed to my attention. Please call me with the applicable charges and I will be certain you receive
payment. If the copying costs will exceed $200.00 and /or if we must personally review and copy
the documents at your offices, please make such arrangements with me at (952) 224-2926.
