As you know, the City continues to hold a landscape security deposit on this site. The City Code provides that the security be held for one full calendar year subsequent to completion of the landscaping and may be released following satisfactory inspection of the site. The inspection revealed one dead evergreen tree at the northwest comer of the property, and some dead plants and shrubs along the front and east side of the building. In addition, some of the shrubs along Northwood Park and Denmark Avenue are looking unhealthy and some are dead or mostly dead. Please replace the dead trees and foundation plants. With regard to the shrubs along the public rights-of-way, please replace the dead or mostly dead ones, and prune dead branches from others so that new healthy growth can occur.
