Unfortunately, the remedy implemented, has had virtually no remedial affect. As of this past month, our garage floor and apron are separated by almost a three inch heave. As was the case last year, we are no longer able to use our front door, the living room/kitchen wall divide has been noticeably separated from the ceiling and the kitchen counter top has separated and sunk from its adjoining wall. A new added feature is that we are having increasing difficulty closing the door to the second bedroom (on the upper level). This might be interpreted as the degree of strain the structure is undergoing. As you may well understand, we are upset with the current state of affairs. The loss of entrance /exit from the house for the second consecutive year, is not only an inconvenience and embarressment, but a downright safety hazard in times of emergency. I am looking forward to specific performance regarding the repair of our foundation and the necessary steps, whatever they may be, to make the terrain upon which the house is built, suitable for the construction. To be sure, I recognize the complexities of your business and the fact that these things do happen. I realize that the market acceptance of your product places an absolute strain on your productive resources to meet demand.
