There was rotted plywood on the chimney located on the right side of the home and also on the window besides the chimney. We replaced and installed new plywood in both locations. The existing framing was in overall good condition and therefore it wasn't replaced. The only thing that was damp was the sheathing and it was replaced. The insulation was not damp nor replaced.
