The City of Eagan's Police Department has received complaints on the lack of
upkeep at the dwelling owned by you located at 4352 Diamond Drive. The main
concerns are the broken windows and the tall grass. You should be aware that
Eagan City Code 10.21 limits weeds and grass to a maximum height of 611. City
Code 10.21 also requires that all health and safety hazards should be removed
and this would include the broken glass. Please take immediate steps to
secure the building so it will not be a hazard or a blight to the
neighborhood.
