His wife is a resident of the Sanford Nursing Home in Farmington. Mrs. Case (Mildred K.) has very recently been approved for County Medical Assistance which is the basic concern in this matter. The County is to pay $4,460 to the Cases for a right-of-way transaction on the above-referenced project. The approximate special assessments which will be levied by the City on the snbject proper*_y for said project are $23,807_ The levy w311 occur in either 1994 or 1995 for this 1993 highway project.
