Unfortunately, the bricks, edging, and Thomas Hedges other items that you installed are located on City Right of Way. CITY ADMINISTRATOR The City Boulevard typically extends approximately 12-13 feet behind the curb. As you can see on the attached photos, in your case it appears to extend even further back toward your home. This Right of Way area is, by design, intended to be a "clear zone" providing space for public utilities and snow storage. Any facility/amenity located in that area is supposed to be installed only by City Permit and if a permit is issued, we try to help MUNICIPAL CENTER owners understand the challenges and liabilities involved in using that area. 3830 Pilot Knob Road I would like to suggest that you remove the rock, bricks and landscaping from its current Eagan, MN 55122-1810 location and replace it back towards your home onto your private property.
