The CiYy hereby waives any accrued interest. 2. Defexced Assessment. The City hereby defers payment far the remaining one (1) lot equivalent in the amount of $8,000.00 until the Property is subdivided, platted or developed, at which time the deferred assessment shall be immediately due anda ? ? payable. WHEREAS, Landowner is the fee owner of property located in the City of Eagan, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota and legally described as: Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3) except that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Four (4) in Block Three (3), thence West 100 feet to the West line of said Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3), thence Southerly along said West line 100 feet to the Southwest comer of said Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3), thence East on the South line of said Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3) 100 feet to the southeast corner thereof, thence Northerly on the East line of said Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3), 100 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating, all in Block Three (3) Dodd View Addition, Dakuta County, Minnesota. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Landowner shall make an immediate payment in the amount of $8,000.00 for the street improvement costs for one lot equivalent. The City hereby waives any accraed interest. 2. Deferred Assessment. The City hereby defers payment for the remaining one (1) lot equivalent in the amount of $8,000.00 until the Property is subdivided, platted or developed, at which time the deferred assessment shal] be immediately due and payable.
