The City of Eagan received a telephone call from Mr. Martin Diffley on April 22, 1998 regarding
the individual sewer treatment system at 4355 S. Robert Trail. This system is located on Lot 1,

A follow up phone call from you on April 23 indicated that Roger Weierke would abandon the
present system and connect this property to the City's sewer system once connection fees have
