Presently, you are in the process of constructing a building at the above referenced
address within the City of Eagan under a building permit issued by the City. Your
construction activities have also included grading and/or disturbance of the site.
An inspection of your site was conducted by City staff on May 24 2007. At that time, the
following items were found to be out of compliance with City Code and/or the National
Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit goveming your site:
L Install and/or maintain silt fence
2. Install and/or maintain temporary cover on all exposed soils
T6e above items must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt of This notice in order to
bring your site into wmpliance. City staff will conduct a follow-up inspection at the end
of the 48 hour grace period. If the site is foand to be out of compliance aT that time, the
City reserves the right to withhold future building inspecrions and may issue a Stop Wark
Order for the entire project.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Engineering Divisiou at 651-
