Dakota County, Minnesota, as Grantee.
WITNESSEPH WHEREAS, said Grantor is the owmer of the uacu of land in the
City of Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota, legally descnbed as follows:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, OAKWOOD HEIGHT'S 2ND ADDITION, DAKOTA
CO:JNTY, bitNWESOTA.
NOW THEREFORE, the said Grantor in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and
other good and valuable consideration to her paid by Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby
aclmowledged, hereby conveys, warrants and dedicates to said Grantee, its heirs and
assigns, for trail purposes, over and across said Lot 13, Block 1, Oakwood Heights 2nd
Addition, as described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Grantor, for herself, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns does
hereby release the said City of Eagan, its successors and assigns, from all claims for any
and all damages resulting to the lands through and across which the parcel of land hereby
conveyed is located by reason of the location, gtading, construction, maintenance, and use
of a public trail over and upon the premises hereby conveyed and from the uses incident
thereto, and the said City of Eagan shall have the right to use and remove all earth and
other materials lying within the parcel of land hereby conveyed and the right to construct
and maintain, upon the lands adjoining the parcel hereby conveyed, such portable snow
fences during such months as weather conditions make necessary.
The Grantee agrees to indemnify
successors and assigns from any and all
whatsoever nature or character arising out
and hold harmless the Grantor, her heirs,
claims, demands, actions, or cause action of
of or by reason of, the use of this trailway in
any resnect including but limited to costs, atrorney's fees, expenses, etc., incurred in
connection with the defense or settlement of any claims for injunes or damage resulting
from or connected with this trailway.
All stumps and other debris resulting from the clearing of the right-of-way will be
disposed of by Grantee by burning or otherwise, according to law.

1984 ENERGY CODE REQUIREMENTS
On or about March 1, 1984, the following energy code requirements
should be calculated and included with a building permi`t application.
1. Roof - ceiling assemblies - R-38 U= 0.025 Average
2. Exterior walls & rim joists - R-20 U= 0.11 Average
3. Floors over unheated spaces - R-20 U= 0.05 Average
4. Exterior overhangs will be considered as exterior wall._
5. Foundations (all exterior walls) - Minimum of R-5 insulation. _
6. All insulated areas must be separated from the heated space
by a well-lapped or sealed vapor barrier with a minimum perm
rating of 0.1. A 4 mil. polyethlene sheet or equivalent meets
this requirement. '
A Kraft face R-19 type insulation will be accepted in the rim joist
areas. Air chute baffles are to be placed in every rafter space.
