MWJOHNSONCONSTRUCTION, INC.
In regards to the framing at 1520 and 1522 Deerwood Bend in
Eagan, MN. The back and side exterior walls were originally
framed with 2 X 6 studs 18" on center. Engineering called for
2 X 6 studs 12" on center. In order to meet engineering
requirements, MW Johnson added a 2 X 6 stud between the
original 18" on center studs making the framing 2 X 6 studs 9" on
center.
