COLBERT, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS Tk- DATE: JANUARY 16, 1984 SUBJECT: ABANDONED PRIVATE WELLS/I-35E CONSTRUCTION In July of 1983, MnDOT awarded a contract which provides for the removal of several residences due to the progression of I-35E through the City. As a part of that contract, the contractor is required to abandon all private wells and cap them in accordance with the.Minnesota Department of Health regulations and forward a copy of the log to the City of Eagan for our information and file purposes. The following is a list of properties where the houses will be removed and the wells subsequently abandoned: 4370 Blackhawk Road 4310 Blackhawk Road 1620 Deerwood Drive 1585 Deerwood Drive 1521 Deerwood Drive 1485 Englert Road (north -?r431 Vibiet-Lanes 1421 Violet Lane 1305 Yankee Doodle Road 780 Blue Gentian Road 745 Blue Gentian Road 515 Blue Gentian Road and south side) If you become aware of any house being removed other than those listed above, please bring them to my attention so that we can in- sure that the wells are properly abandoned and capped.
