As a lot owner in that subdivision, you are probably aware of the "street islands" located in the culdesacs on Blue Heron Court, Bald Eagle Court and Falcon Way. It is anticipated that the cost of maintaining all three street islands will not be more than $300.00 to $500.00 in total annually for the next several years. This would result in a cost to each lot owner of approximately $10.00 to $15.00 per year with all lots participating. If areas are not properly maintained, the city does have the right to remove landscaping in islands.
