The above referenced property is located within the EagandaLe Center Industrial
Park which has a Class C flood zone designation. The Class C means that this
area is the least susceptibLe area for flooding and it is not within a flood
plain district.
The property is piesentLy zoned L1 (light industrial) and does allow for light
manufacturing which the Lexington Standard Corporation would fit into. At
this time, they are working with the City regarding [heir outside storage
and hopefully the permits will be issued for the additional outside storage
in 1984.
