to deck, as required to meet new Energy code.
Sump 4 scuppers for better drainage.
All new Vincent Metals standard 24 gauge colored metal counterflashing
cant capping, 4 scuppers, and no downspouts.
All new 24 gauge stack and vent caps.
Remove all obsolete items on roof.
Added wood blocking to raise detailed roof edges and. curbs as
required.
Five (5) year warranty.

I have recomputed the REF's for Turf Supply. The total REF should be 5.8 instead of 7.6.
The total lot area is 2.07 acres of which .82 acres (40%) is considered impermeable
surface. These computations are based upon a plan submitted by Krech, O'Brien,
Mueller and Wass, Inc. dated November 15, 1993 which indicates a new addition being
constructed and attached to an existing structure.

As a long time resident of Eagan myself, I too have witnessed the incredible amount of
growth in the City resulting in much higher taxes, etc.
I reviewed your letter with one of the City's Project Planners, Mike Ridley, who explained
the situation to me regarding the improvements you are contemplating at 2797 Eagandale
Boulevard. Mike advised me that the request made of you regarding this expansion is
confined to City Code requirements only (i.e. landscaping, parking stalls, concrete curb and
gutter, catch basin, etc.) as adopted by the City Council.
Jack, staff cannot authorize any deviations from the requirements requested of you.
Although this does not offset any of your costs, I hope it helps to explain that staff is acting
on the City Council's behalf by administering their policy objectives.
