Grantee shall not construct a roaduay within or upon the Easement Proper- ty, except Grantee may, at its sole cost, construct a roadway constructed of a pavement material known as "grass paver" or such other pavement material as may be agreed to in writing by Grantors. The Grantee shall perform reasonable maintenance within the Easement Property but shall not be responsible for mowing such Property. 3. Grantors shall have the right, but not the obligation, at any time, and from time to time, to construet a fenee or fences across the Easement Property without the flarther consent or approval of Grantee. Provided, however, in the event Grantors elect to construet such fence(s), Grantors shall construet a gateway in each such fence to permit vehicle access by Grantee over and upon the Easement Property.
