Eecause it is not anticipated that gravity sanitary sewer will be available to provide service to the affected lots until July/August of 1982, Orrin Thonpson Homes has agreed to install a te-Tporary lift station from Man- hole No. 37 to the 4" service line for Iot 8, Block 9, Ridgecliffe lst Addition. Attached to this i!ei?p is a copy of the letter we received frem Orrin Thompson Homes wheseby they indicate that thev will perform the installation, maintenance and liability of this temnorary lift sta- tion/force main sanitary sewer until such tiire gravity sanitazy sewer can be extended across the future I-35E durina the spring of 1982.
